-Adding BG varies between +15 - 45€ depending on the type of Commission, the theme & the elements. Single Colour or Abstract BGs are free of charge.-The Extra Character discout is for a 2nd Character. However, it'll be charged full price from the 3rd Character & so on.-Human Genitalia is always preferred. Some fantasy shapes or designs that still looks closely to human genitalia can be accepted with no extra cost. Otherwise, i.e animal type of, there will be an extra charge of 10€/15€. If your Character has not humanoid genitalia, it can be adjusted to it, and no extra fee will be given.-Other Extras like Add-ons, Complex Poses, Complex Design, Complex Clothes or Complex Accessories, the kind of Wings (bat/dragon or feathered), among others, can increase the price starting to 10€/15€ each, also depending on the type chosen.

★ TERMS OF SERVICE ★

By purchasing my Art Services (Commissions, YCHs, etc.), you automatically indicate you have read my Terms of Service and agree to the following conditions and understand them, and this way, digitally signing this agreement.These Terms of Service are revelant to non-Commercial Projects mostly. They are subject to revising, editing, additions and substractions without notice. Client must be sure to be up to date with this Terms of Service at the time of ordering.IMPORTANT: You must be 18 years or older to Commission me. I will NOT accept Mature + Rating Commissions from people under 18 or not conduct any business with someone under the age of 18 for Commissions if your Paypal Account is not your own, unless you have written permission from the owner of that Account.. If you're found to be lying about your age, you will be refunded immediately and blocked. Even though my Commission work is SFW; This is for my protection against potential minor scammers, please, be understanding of this.

★ W I L L / W O N T ★

You will find below different things I will draw & I will not. I'm always open to trying different things, though. These lists are subject to changes at any given time. If you have any doubt about any of the following lists, do not hesitate to ask! I'll gladly respond you.RELATED TO ADULT CONTENT: This type of content is not my preference one, although I can draw it too. This means, depending on the idea, the elements, etc, I will add an extra to the final price. I also prefer to work with human genitalia (or original/unique design genitalia) over animal genitalia. In case you Character has animal genitalia and you want to keep it, I will charge you the extra fee too. Otherwise, I'll be more than glad to adjust it to human genitalia. Tasteful nudity is always well welcomed with tasteful nudity being erotic, classic art (where the sex is not the main focus, being the main focus the nudity or pose instead)

★ CONTACT ★

The best way to contact me currently to talk about commissions or ideas is via any of my listed social media. It's more effective through Telegram and Discord in terms of quick notification towards me. You can always ask to discuss a Commission through Gmail as well. It's necessary to have clear and good communication between the Artist and the Client during the process of the Commission. Keep notes and emails business related as much as possible in any of them, please. On the other hand, I plan to open a fill-out form for taking commissions very soon... beng the social media only to discuss the details of the commiss itself.

★ PAYMENT ★

Payment is made via PayPal and all prices in €uros. I require payment in full and prior to start to work. Your Commission will not start until I receive the payment in full. Payments received outside of these invoices will be treated as a tip to my KoFi. When sending invoices, I'll ask for the country you reside in. This is for taxing purposes which only affects me as the freelance artist, so do ot fear this question! ^^Please, be sure you're going to and can pay when asking for a commission and discussing it. If I send the invoice, after discussing every detail of the commission and getting approval to send it, but you don't pay, apart from not starting your work I'd cancel your slot after 48 hours.Payments of over 200€ can be set up on a Payment Plan which can be further discussed, in 50% being paid upfront and the other 50% after a few days if necessary. However and as I mentioned above, I will not start the Commission until I receive the payment in full.Donations or Tips are always greatly appreciated, but please, do not consider it as a Commission payment.

★ HOW TO COMMISSION ME ★

To Commission me you can send me a note telling me what you want. It's possible that I'll ask you to fill a form out to have all info organizes and THEN we’ll always discuss it through notes, and always beforehand (try to not change your ideas at the last moment, please). Picture References are always preferred and required. It's important to have all the References and information always updated and the ideas ready. If the Character hasn't any kind of Reference or is not specific, close images or photos can help. Text Descriptions/based on Pictures might be taken and will require an extra charge, but they must be simple, clear and concise. Apart from this, there will be also some things I’ll need to know in order to put the price and work correctly like what kind of commission you want, the pose or idea, expression, etc... And every detail you might consider important. Accompany your resume with, as I said, visual references.As for Artistic Freedom commiss, I can take them but they're not my preference; I prefer to have already an idea from the Client to work with. However, in this type of Commission I would only need to know the personality of your character if you really want to go for it. That will be enough for me to come up with a good idea for a pic. On the other hand you can always feel free to request a commiss with a just a keyword, theme or phrase to lead me in the right direction. In this Wing-It or Artistic Freedom option, please, have in mind that you leave your image in the hands of the Artist; Artistic Freedom for a Commission means Artistic Freedom, not "draw whatever you want" followed by "I don't like that pose", "no, I wanted him on his back", "I wanted this for a Background", etc. You pay for an Artistic Freedom option, with all that means; If you really have an idea, do not hesitate to ask for a Standard Commission instead.Once the Commission Artwork is completed, I will give you two pictures in .PNG format; The HIGHRES for private use and the SMALLRES for web use, both with my watermark & business username "ChemicalRain", always, which may not be removed, manipulated or altered from either image.Private Commissions are NOT currently available. I will always upload my work, since art is my advertisement. If the Client doesn't like their name to be listed in the description that is completely fine as long as the Client tells this to the Artist beforehand, allowing the Artist to continue posting the Commissioned piece on their sites keeping the Commission anonymous.It's important to remark that I will not accept work from "Blank" accounts (these refer to accounts with no artwork in their Gallery, lack of activity and lack of information in their profile). If your account is less than a month old or empty, I will might have to politely decline your Commission request unless you can show me a previous account or another account where you have been active or a prove that you have worked with another artist before. Even though, I will keep cautious and strict with this, and it will affect ALL Commission Types, as well as YCHs, Bases, etc. This is to avoid possible scams.

★ DEADLINES AND WORK HOURS ★

As I said, I'm currently a part-time artist. This means I don't work full time (yet), I'm currently taking some courses and looking for a job in the meantime until further notice to dedicate full time on art, so commissions can take a bit longer, depending on the type and complexity. This also means that I can't take deadlines, my schedule is very unstable at the moment, but I always try my best; I take my work with absolute responsibility. In any case, I'll greatly appreciate your patience.Time from start to finish will vary; Completion of a Commissioned piece generally takes anywhere 1 week to 1 month approximately; How long it takes me to finish a piece depends on how busy I am, the complexity of the drawing as I mentioned above, communication between Artist and Client, the Queue list and the Artist personal schedule.However, you have the right to ask me for any progress and I'll provide WIPs, updates, etc, but please, do not rush me on a regular basis. You can request WIPs and updates but please do not message me every day about your Commission process or pressuring me about when your Commissioned piece will be done. This way you will only cause being harder to work on your Commission, quick, bad and stressful. Sometimes Commissions take their time. Give me time to work, be courteous and patient, please.

★ CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS ★

WIPs are always provided to see if the process goes correctly. I always show the Sketch phase and the Flat Colour phase to check if colours are okay. From that point on, I don't send more WIPs unless in case I have any doubt about the process. Minor edits I will do for free. Anything I have missed from the information given at the beginning will also be fixed for free. Any major edits such as position of hand, edits that add up, etc, will come with an extra fee based on the amount of work, among others, and the fee will have to be paid before the edits are made. The extra will start from 10€ on, depending on the complexity of the change. Once the sketch is approved as finished by the client, any further edits will have an extra cost depending on the amount of work as well. Not all the changes may be doable, though, like the big ones!Any edits you request that fall under "style" rather than technical details may be refused. As an Artist, I want to preserve my style and artistic choices in each piece I create.If you give me free reign and I come up to you with the Sketch but you want to change it completely (i.e. pose) I will charge you 35€ fee per Sketch, and the rejected one will be used for future projects like YCHs auctions. As I mentioned above, please, be sure you want to take the Wing-It or Artistic Freedom option and understand how it works.If I'm sending you WIPs or I write to you for feedback about the process or because I have any question, and you don't answer my notes for more than three days while being active on social media and after several call outs, I will put you on "hold". If seeing but not answering the note, or even ignoring further questions during like a month, I'll continue without your feedback. In this case you won't be allowed to ask me for any changes and if that's the case, I'd charge an extra fee.

★ CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS ★

No Refunds available, sorry. If for any reasons you want to cancel a Commission, please let me know to find a solution.
However, refunds will only be delivered under certain circumstances and at the Artist's discretion...:-I have a delay of 4 or more months on your commission/YCH from the initial payment with no progress/WIP sent.
-I can't keep working on it due to unforeseeable circumstances or personal reasons. Of course I'll contact you beforehand.
-The client is repeatedly abusive towards the artist, to the point I may have to blacklist them. I always ask people to be respectful, because it’s something polite we all like and there’s no reason, never, to be rude. I will not tolerate harassment, inappropriate language, vulgar slang or abusive behaviour.As the phrase says; “be sure you really want something and can afford it”. Please, be sure you can commit to a Commission before applying for a slot. The Artist doesn't take responsibility if the Client failed with the rules of my Terms of Service during the Commission process. It's the responsibility of the Client to know how the Artist works to avoid possible misunderstandings. Neither if the Client has changed their mind. The Client is also responsible for their own financial situation. I do NOT issue refunds for the Client's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations.If a refund is ever forcibly taken from me, I will refrain from ever doing business with the person again and probably they will be blacklisted. Chargebacks through Paypal (at any moment without reason trying to scam the Artist) are an instant blacklist. The person will lose all rights over the art piece I worked on since chargebacks will be considered as a total fraud/scam. This means I will have the full rights over the picture to resell them as YCH, pose, use it for Personal art... etc, and the scammer will be blocked, added to my Blacklist, put as a "Beware" case and will lose the opportunity to work with me again neither with my partner (and also Artist) NemesisIlit in the future.Should a Commission be refunded in all these exceptional cases, even partially, the customer will lose all rights over the art piece, so they hereby relinquishes all "ownership" of the Commission. The artist retains all rights to them and may recycle it for lost funds, ie. strip the Commission, sell as a YCH or propose Commission or as the artist wishes. This also means, the person will not have permission to repost any WIPs/progress or to pay someone to complete the image or to complete it themselves.

★ POLICY ★

I...... Reserve full rights of the Commissioned piece; the ownership and authorship of all works I produce. I also retain full rights over all materials created prior to finalization.
... Reserve the right to decline any Commission order if it is not within my ability, do not feel comfortable drawing it or is in my Will NOT for any reason.
... Reserve right to post the Commissioned piece to my Business sites in personal promotion but always with proper credit given. Not all the Commissioned pieces will be uploaded, though.
... Reserve the right to adjust my prices anytime. They are based on the effort, time and dedication. They're also subjected to change in improvement and demand.
... Will not use the work for Commercial use without the Client's consent. Must be discussed with the Client prior.
... Reserve the right to do anything what I wish with any rejected/unpaid/unwanted/refunded or even the ones cancelled or abandoned works for any reason at a later date or to use any YCH base made by me for personal use only at any time.
... Reserve the right to record our conversations in case of harassment, financial dispute or if legal actions are required.Commissions do not always define the Artist, neither always reflect their views, morals, beliefs and is not a reflection of their integrity or character. They are not a showcase of their ideas, beliefs or aesthetics. This is a job the artist is paid to do.YOU...... Must be at least 18 years old, since commissioning me is agreeing to a contract. No exceptions. The Artist does not take responsibility for under-age lying about it. In case you aren't +18, you need the permission of an adult to buy a Commission from me. I will NOT conduct any Business with someone under the age of 18 for Commissions of Mature/Adult content, in special, and I will NOT conduct any Business if Client's Paypal is not their own (especially if it's under 18), unless they have written permission from the owner of that Account.
... Will grant a non-Commercial License; The Commissioned piece is for Personal use only. Don’t sell your Commissioned work, make prints of my work to sell, or for a book cover, etc. The Character belongs to you, but the art is still mine; I keep the rights to the artwork. So please, don’t break the Copyright Infringement in any way.
... Must give proper credit to the Artist for the Commissioned piece when posting to your sites, putting the username and with a link back to any of the Artist's business sites. Don’t take credit for the creation of the artwork, don’t remove any watermark/signature or altering the artwork without my consent as respect to the artist.
... May not edit or alter the picture in any way, shape or form, nor pay someone to complete/edit/alter the commissioned piece without the Artist's consent. You have to ask me beforehand.
... Do not have the right to mind / sell their Commissions for NFT or relates.
... May not repost cancelled Commissions in their Galleries.
... Understand that what you are receiving is a Digital Good and will not be shipped to you physically, unless the Artist specifies otherwise in the PayPal invoice proper description.

★ I MPORTANT! ★

I'm not a talkative person by nature. Although you can find me and follow me in my personal accounts too, I don't usually talk. And this applies ESPECIALLY to my Business Accounts. Try to stay as professional as possible, because through my Business channels I don't allow trivial conversations or small chats. I can follow them, but it's not my priority.Also, please, try to avoid the use of my personal-business channels to try to flirt, cuddle or something like that with me. I don't do RP nor do I like these kind of things. I'll very probably just ignore you or block you if you insist when I told you to stop that behaviour. Innocent questions or mistakes aren't a problem, but once corrected they'll surely be.If we talk a little during the commission progress won't mean we're instantly close friends, neither will give you special privileges to not follow rules of this Terms of Service or receiving anything for free. As I said, this is work, and I will treat it as such.
